SMS Messaging Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Overview

AppointmentAnytime sends SMS text message notifications to inspectors and, where applicable, to clients and realtors who have provided a mobile phone number through our scheduling platform. This page describes what messages we send, how often, and how to opt out.

Who Sends the Messages

SMS notifications are sent by AppointmentAnytime on behalf of the home inspection business you have engaged for your appointment. Messages are delivered via Twilio, a third-party SMS communications platform, using a toll-free number.

What Messages You Will Receive

By providing your mobile phone number through our scheduling system, you may receive the following types of messages:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on booking activity. You will typically receive no more than 2 messages per scheduled appointment (one confirmation and one reminder). Message frequency may be higher during periods of increased booking activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

To opt back in after opting out, reply START to the same number.
