SMS Messaging Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Overview

AppointmentAnytime sends SMS notifications to the assigned home inspector when a new booking is submitted through our scheduling platform. This page describes what messages we send, how often, and how to opt out.

Who Sends the Messages

SMS notifications are sent by AppointmentAnytime on behalf of the home inspection business. Messages are delivered via Twilio, a third-party SMS communications platform, using a toll-free number.

What Messages You Will Receive

When a new appointment is booked, the assigned inspector receives a single SMS notification including the date, time, and property address. No other SMS messages are sent.

Message Frequency

One message per booking. No marketing messages are sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

To opt out of SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly at sales@appointmentanytime.com. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.
