1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AppointmentAnytime ("Service"), an online appointment scheduling platform operated for home inspection businesses. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
AppointmentAnytime provides a web-based scheduling system that enables home inspection businesses ("Subscribers") to accept and manage appointment bookings from realtors and clients ("End Users"). The Service includes:
- Online appointment booking calendar
- Automated email and SMS booking confirmations and reminders
- Pricing calculator for inspection fee quotes
- Admin interface for managing appointments and customer records
- Multi-inspector capacity management
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of scheduling home inspection appointments. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access
4. Subscriber Accounts
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their admin credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at sales@appointmentanytime.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Payment Terms
Subscriber access to AppointmentAnytime is billed at $69.95 per month per account. Billing occurs monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to active Subscribers.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to submit End User data (names, contact information, property details) into the Service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a Subscriber account with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, Subscriber data will be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a shorter period is requested.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AppointmentAnytime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments, lost revenue, or notification delivery failures.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active Subscribers of material changes by email.
