AppointmentAnytime ("we," "us," or "our") operates an online appointment scheduling platform for home inspection businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our scheduling system.
Information We Collect
When a client or realtor books an inspection through our platform, we collect:
- Full name (realtor and client)
- Email address
- Phone numbers (daytime, evening, and cell)
- Company name and address (realtor)
- Property address and location details
- Property information: type, size, year constructed, utilities, and features
- Inspection type and any special requests or comments
We do not collect payment card information through our scheduling platform.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through AppointmentAnytime is used solely to facilitate the scheduling and delivery of home inspection services:
- To confirm and record the appointment
- To send booking confirmation notifications to the client, realtor, and inspector
- To send appointment reminders prior to the scheduled inspection
- To allow the inspection business to review appointment details and prepare
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email Notifications
Appointment confirmations and reminders are delivered by email using SendGrid, a third-party email delivery service. SendGrid processes email data in accordance with their own privacy policy. Emails are sent from the inspection business's configured sender address.
SMS Notifications
If you have provided a mobile phone number and consented to SMS notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent via text message using Twilio, a third-party communications platform. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Retention
Appointment records are retained for as long as the inspection business maintains an active account with AppointmentAnytime. Upon account termination, data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a shorter period is requested.
Clients or realtors who wish to have their personal information removed from our system may contact us using the information below.
Data Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest, including HTTPS encryption for all web traffic. Access to appointment data is restricted to the inspection business and AppointmentAnytime administrators.
